Trying to decide what combination might be best. What reamer or freebore for AICS mag, 139 Scenar ?

OAL will be NO issue at all. Personally, i would skip the 139s and work with the 123 Scenars. IMHO, they are better suited to the chambering.

I did give him a call but he seemed a little preoccupied, because he thought that AICS mags might have a problem with length. I had heard there was no issues.

I starting to lean that way, so far 123/130 is all I hear about.

I am having great luck with 130 g berger vld. I own the reamer dave made it with 0.160 FB.
