Gunsmithing 6.8 AR feeding problem.

So I am having a problem with my 6.8. Every 5-8 rounds (or thereabout) I have a round that does not feed properly. It is always a round that is coming off the right side of the magazine. What is happening is as the round exits the mag and starts for the chamber it is not sliding over properly to line up in the bolt face. Because it never falls into the bolt face it causes and bind and the bolt sticks back an inch or so and does not fully close. The round is just sitting part way out of the chamber and the right rim of the round is usually about even with the edge of the bolt near the locking lugs on the right side. All it takes to fix is to slightly pull the bolt back and the rounds falls right into the chamber.

I have tried 4 different mags, two PRI, two C products. I even swapped out my stripped upper just to check. I have tried 5 different bullets, different seating depths and keep getting the same results. I have never had this problem with a .223 AR and have built 7 or 8 of those.

I have not started bending feed lips yet as it seems weird that this is happening with 4 different mags, but that is probably my next step.

Anyone have any knowledge here that might help me out a bit.

Thanks
