Since Accurate now falls under Hodgdon, and their online load data is free, here is a way to interpolate to your 80 grain. They show a Sierra 70 and a Hornady 87. The other weights above and below show smooth behavior, so in this example it is safe to assume good behavior such that if you roughly interpolate the values you will be within the normal tolerance for the variations within barrels.
So with the above loads, we would expect the 80 grain to be roughly a max of 28.1 grains, and a min of 25.2. But please keep in mind that bullets/barrels can cause differences that force us to work up. To do any better, you would want to give Lou Murdica an inquiry since he was the one that begged them to make LT-30 and LT-32, not to mention he is a BR guy with his own gun tunnel.
