Shot this yesterday in the drizzle, I am thinking 41.1 of H4350 .
I was surprised at the jump in velocity from 41.3 to 41.5, 42fps from 2 tenths. I know I can go higher but want to keep it below 3100 as 1K is the max I will shoot at and this Bergara craters primers. Some of the later groups opened up a bit but that was me.

Your right, the 41.1 looks good, but you have to look at the groups on either side
The groups on either side of the 41.1 are quite a bit worse than the groups on
either side of the 40.3. Usually means that the 40.3 has a wider node and
would hold that group better (longer). You can shoot both, and if they shoot equally
the 40.3 will last longer without dicking with it compared to the 41.1
Plus it's going to be easier on brass and barrel life.
You can do what you want, but you asked our opinion.
