This has probably been discussed before over on Scout...but are there any mods that need to be made to an RPR in order to run 6mm Dasher (other than of course a barrel)?

It was in the RPR discussion right about the time I had PVA make my 6.5x47L barrel, also believe it is on the thread with either PVA of Patriot Valley Arms in it. As I recall no mods were needed and AICS mags worked well. not sure about AR type mags though.

You will need AICS mags and mod kits by either PVA or Primal Rights. The unmodified AICS mags will work, but not without occasional misfeeds. The modified mags work 100%. You will also need your bolt bushed and firing pin turned down. Gre Tan does this very well with quick turnaround and very reasonable pricing. 6 Dasher is a laser in a RPR.

Do Magpul AICS mags work well? They are flawless feeding both Dasher and 6BR fireform loads in my 700SA.

Also, how necessary is bushing the firing pin? My 5.56 RPR could benefit from it as could my 700, but are "normal" 32.5-33.0gr Varget loads with 105s and 450s an issue?

I haven't tried the Magpuls, so I can't comment on that. Bushing the pin is not 100% necessary, but you will be limited to pretty mild loads. The Varget loads you listed above would definitely pierce primers in my rifle before it was bushed. After bushing, I can shoot loads well above published max with no pressure signs at all.
