Hey dudes,

I’m likely buying a 6 seat utv soon and I have it narrowed down to the Polaris 1000XP and the Can Am Defender HD10.

Really leaning hard towards the Polaris. That being said...i need creative ideas for AR10/15 mounting for the driver.

You wanna drive and shoot at the same time?

javalinbipod.com has utv cage mounts for their system, also suction cup mounts and bad ass tripods.

as far as rifle storage but quick access they make those plastic tubes that keep everything dry and clean that bolt to the cage in the back. Think plano makes some, amongst others.

Polaris also sell universal gun racks for the factory top/cage. They bolt in and can hold several rifles above your head.

Hmmm hope your not planning on receiving any return fire on your larping adventure ...zero armor makes for a bad day for clothes stains

I've got a Can Am HD 10. I have the same dilemma. I thus far use a small rifle bag hanging from the front passenger side dash grab bar. I keep an sbr/pistol. Nice, short, and maneuverable. I would like to attach it from the roof/bars but haven't settled on a method. I prefer to have it in some kind of case as those machines are very dusty. My vote is for the CanAm. It has the roomiest cab and foot room for the Utility type of SxS. It doesn't sit like a bus and handles like a much sportier machine.

***Didn’t work***
but lone star boars video is what i want to link, they just need to do it with thermals/nv to make it cooler.

Lots of these roaming around the sporting clays fields. The most common solution is a bed mounted shotgun rack that usually holds 4 long arms, 2 on each side, pointing inward. The second most common solution is just holding the gun while moving from station to station.

Here ya go,,,

1 driver 1 overhead mount or vertical mount.
Passengers can hold their own crap and better e bringing food or hot women for trade

it’s been done, a buddy of mine mounted a 60 to his Ranger bed. Too much Rat Patrol when he was a kid

TEXAS HOLD 'EM GUN RACKS

These are expensive but its very fast to take the gun out or put it back in. The yellow things twist and clamp around the barrel, no velcro.

Shotguns I stow in a 4 gun bed mount. Not suitable for off-road conditions. Probably not what you're looking for.

Unless you're a child or midget, ranger leg room sucks. Right knee hits the gear shifter and plastic around the steering column getting in or out. Fender well cramps left foot room. Rear seat leg/foot room not designed for full size men. I'm not all that big or a fatass, it's designed for asians or something.
