69-A Winchester Shooters ??

Anyone else have one ?
if so how do you feel about it ?

This was our first gun as kids and stuck a sweet spot with me and my Brother ever since ...we now own several between us

I have an original 69 that I would like to shoot more. But, who ever owned it before me filled down the front sight post to the point that it shoots about 18-24" high at 50 yards. I need to some how find a new front sight that is what ever the right height and it would be a nice shooter I think. I'll have to get a picture of it some time.

Have you tried NUMRICH Gun Parts or GunBroker for a new sight ?? ...I saw a barrel go on GB for $45 that had sights with it

Mine is missing the rear side mount peep site. STILL looking for one.
