looking for load data on the 6mm-280imp, not 280ai

Start with 6mm-06 data and go from there.
If you can't find that, then look at 6mm-270, 6mm-25-06.

Hell, even 6-284 data will get you close and probably include more modern powders

^^^^ That too. Just remember the Weatherby throat is very long to keep pressures low

Look up the 6.5 Sherman magnum, fair amount of data on the long range hunting forum. Its very similar to 65-280ai. Start lower than those guys, they run em hot. Also, case capacity is near identical to a 65saum, so that data is relevant of course use caution reduce by 2-3gr upon start.

yes thats what i thought to, the 280imp has 4 grans more volume than the 240wthby
