Getting new 6mm br barrel from criterion and have the reamer specs. It shows a .272 neck. Should I subtract .002 from that and start there or wait til I have brass and bullet loaded to measure? Lapua brass and 108g ELD-M.

No, what you’d subtract .002 from would be your loaded round neck diameter.
