So I hunt predators in Maryland and I am VERY happy with a 75gr VMAX sitting on 39.4gr of IMR 4064 I am thumping yotes out to 300yrds and they are DRT. So my questions are:
1) what are you hunting?
2) what load are you using?
3) any photographic evidence?

(not trying to post in the wrong forum but seem to be more about hand loading than hunting)

My 6 Creed is more of a predator rifle too, but I'm running 95gr Barnes LRX's in mine. Barnes are the only thing I've found that I can shoot both coyotes and foxes with without blowing up the foxes or being severely undergunned when a note comes in. Barnes says they expand down to 1600 FPS too. It's worked exactly like I expected it to.

I'm running Varget with CCI 450's in Starline brass with them seated .040" off the lands and it's and hammer but I'm redeveloping my load due to Varget not being the ideal burn rate for these and also getting some hang fires in the extreme cold. Hoping to get that done this afternoon actually. I've got Alpha brass ready to go with 210M's, and I'll be using H4350.

The 87 v-max is a hammer on yotes. I've shot it for years out of my 243 and now 6 Creed.
If the wind ain't chucking, it hits well out to 800 yards on 66% IPSC.

42.5 gr H4350
CCI 450
Lapua brass
2.108 to ogive
~3130 FPS out of 22" Dracos barreled AR-10.
