    Well,

I won't lie i have tried and true rifle a.d.d. and since i have my bolt gun figured out (abslutely love trg folder), i decided what better project than to build a 6xc semi. I have a pof upper/lower/handguard/buttstock already along with a chromed dpm bolt, geissele dmr trigger, 5 20rd pmags.

So with all the hype on the 6 creedmoor it got me thinking and since i always like to try different things i of course am naturally drawn to the 6xc so that i don't have to form brass and it should be similar velocities.

So my question is do you guys have any recommendations, thoughts? I was planningon adjustable gasblock also and running a 24" heavy benchmark barrels 8 twist fluted.

    thanks for your input

I'm with you on this one bro, I'm building my 6XC on a Mega platform, I've just ordered the barrel. Apparently though Hornady are going to be making 6mm Creed brass and as you know GAP are behind it.

    Keep us posted.

Just an FYI, I used to shoot at bowling pin matches on Whidbey Island - beautiful part of the world.

Custer was my club, but a contingent of us used to come down once every few months to take on the Whidbey boys and girls. Where do you shoot long range?

interested in what velocities your getting?

    Re: 6xc ar 10???

If I'm remembering correctly, George @ GAP was really excited about that cartridge for a GAP-10 application.

If you google search it you might find the thread. (again, If I'm recalling correctly.)

I just received it, not sure what velocity I'm running. 107smk over 34gr Varget. Almost no recoil, very nice to shoot.

Is there much difference in 6Creed and 6XC?

Nevermind, found a tidbit of info.
