Wasn't sure which subforum to ask this on, but since a lot of Hidesters are using Pmags to feed their 7.62/308 ARs, I thought I'd ask it here ....

I've got a bunch of Magpul 10-rd & 20-rd .308 Pmags. My 5.56mm Pmags have Magpul's ranger plates, so I was searching for whether Magpul offered ranger plates for their .308 Pmags. I'd really like to use them on my 10-rounders rather than the 20-rounders. I'm running ITW 7.62 FastMag pouches on my belt set-up in which the 10-rounders sit pretty deep. The ranger plate's handle thingy on the bottom would sure facilitate faster extraction.

Anyway, when I looked around, a few websites actually listed such creatures, but predictably none had them in stock.
The Magpul factory sku# listed on these sites was "MAG564-BLK," which specified a 3-pak of 7.62/.308 ranger plates in black.
Prices ranged from $14.00 to $11.00.

Anybody have 'em yet? Thanks!

They are NOT on the market yet. Magpul has, for the last several years, played new product releases VERY close to the vest, including refusing to give ANY specific info as to when new stuff will likely hit the market. While everyone knows that they are "Coming Soon," and many retailers already have them listed on their websites as "Out of Stock," it could be a matter of days or it could very well be later this year sometime before you actually see any for sale.

Best advice...get on the "Notify" list at places like PSA, Primary Arms, etc. and when you get the e-mail saying "They're HERE..." have at em.
