Gunsmithing 700 bottom metal conversion to DBM

I contacted Remington and they said to convert a 700 floor plate to Remington DBM required machining the reciever, is this easy to do or can someone recommend a gunsmith in Montana to do the conversion. Need to correct feed issues in a 6mmBR. Tried the conversion on AccurateShooter and not as relible as I would like for competition use. Help Please.

so what a 10 round 1.5 inch mag.......???
