Suppressors 762SD on a 22

Re: 762SD on a 22

What kind of accuracy do you see out of such a short barrel, and do you have any recommendations for cleaning that suppressor after use w/ a .22 which I gather is dirty and often voids warrenties? I ask because I'm currently looking to purchase a 762-SD for use with .22, .223, .300/.221 (.300 whisper), and .308.

Thanks,
Nate

i run my shark on a S&W 622......what little schmootz is in there goes away after a .300wm.......

your not going to play very long with this lash-up because of the weight.....but it sure killed a couple of coyotes already!

Accuracy well lets say you would need to see it to believe me,I called mike at AAC he said no problem with 22LR i ask about cleaning it out he said shoot it on a 308 a few times and it will be GTG..

Its quieter than a AAC 22LR can on a Walther 22 with subs...I use it on 22,223 and 308 its a good CAN

Re: 762SD on a 22

I use my 762 on a variety of guns, FAL, Rem SPSV .308, XCR in .223, Bushy AR, and the Ruger 10/22 On the .22 it does have about a 1 inch impact change @ 25yds but is repeatable. Dont ask me how much at 300yds but is super quiet with full power loads.

Thanks,
Nate </div></div>For the $$ it's hard to pass up it is a nice peace of kit it's bright in daylight .
never used a micro aimpoint I am sure it would be better, but I don't see where I need anything better than this it's working well at this time it's still pretty new.

Wow, I've heard people recommend against running .22LR through the centerfire cans...

I've got a 762SD too, might have to get a mount for my .22's...
