7mm Berger Hybrid 180s

Any idea when these will become available?

I am currently shooting the 180g VLDs in my 284 Shehane and if available soon enough, I will order some of these before I reorder my Target VLDs.

Anyone know?

Call Berger, they just recently got their 7mm jacket machine running again I think.

Just an update, I called Berger this morning and the lady on the phone stated that the Hybrids are back on the schedule for the end of the month. She told me to call back the end of June to see when the hybrids were on the schedule. She did say however, that the schedule changes every couple days so it could be sooner or later before a new batch is ran.

Not sure if I should wait on them or just try to find the hunting/target VLDs elsewhere.

I have a box of 180 target VLD's to get rid of, I bought them to try out but now I've got a pile of the inital run from the Hybrids and don't see a point in dealing with the VLD's for only 100 bullets.

Shoot me a PM if you're interested, I'll ship 'em for $40

Update on what? The Hybrids or the box of VLD's I want to offload?

Just got off the phone with Berger. Said that they canceled the 7mm Hybrid line, but do to such great feed back they will be starting the line back up sometime next month. Said that sinclairintl should be one of the first to get them in next month.

They are tying to get all the 7mm line of bullets out now.

Thanks for the update! I'm glad to hear they're not getting rid of them completely, the 2300 that I have left won't last forever...
