7mm saum to 7mm wsm

I have a remington 700 that I had re barrelled to a 7mm saum and I was wondering what it would take to turn it into a 7mm wsm?

A reamer, HS Gauge , and a Lathe.

If you reload I would just stick with the SAUM.

The issue is I don't reload much due to time, and the ammo selection for the wsm is more plentiful then the saum.
