Depending upon the lot of brass it could be anywhere from a .314 down to a .312. My current lot of brass generally goes 0.0145 to 0.016 at the neck based on my tube micrometer. I cleaned it all to 0.015, and use a 0.312 bushing. Earlier lots of brass were thinner at teh neck 0.014 to 0.0155, and I used a 0.311.
