Of the 3 how does average capacity stack up with , say h1000 powder & 180hybrid seated for bearing just above neck/shoulder junction?? Not looking for a this or that is better but actual load density !!

With that seating depth they're all pretty close. The old Rem Mag wins on capacity though not by much. I could measure my SAUM but it's the smallest of the three.

If you're going short action and don't mind fireforming 7SS would be my pick. A 180gr at 3000fps out of a 24-26" tube is not uncommon.
