is it FFP or not,,I see it advertised both ways,,if it is FFP I might give it a try on the 6.5x47L,,I am selling a couple things and hope to be getting some better glass for more precise shooting,,I have been shooting with the Leupold LR M1 4.5-14 for almost 5 years on 308 and 338 and have been well served as a Tactical type scope but need more mag and finer reticle and would really like FFP and MOA/ MOA,,anybody actually shot this scope much at all??

I have one and it is definitely FFP. Only shot it once so far and it was a cloudy day, so I was holding back on opinions till I had a little more time with it, but my initial impression was that it's a solid scope and great value. Glass was not "top tier" quality, but more than acceptable for a scope in that price range. Mechanically, it worked quite well. Turrets were a little on the soft side, but still audible and positive enough for me. Tracking was good and I like the reticle.

I will give a more in depth opinion when I get some more experience with it and have a chance to do some side by side comparisons of the glass.

I've read a few articles and seen videos with some initial impressions after SHOT. Frank/LL briefly talked about the 4-20 version in one of his recent videos also. The consensus seems to be they are great options in that price range. I'm sure the 8-40 will be similar. I'm not a big fan of the mil dot reticle they've put in most of them, but the F Class reticle seems to be pretty useful along with 1/8 MOA adjustments.

March FX 5-40 56 mm should do just fine. Mine was solid after 1500 rounds of MRAD 338LM beating with nary a hiccup, but turrets are 0.05 mil on the old ones, but 0.1 mil on the newer ones, but cost about $500 more.
