This is the coolest thing I've ever seen - its my 8 year old son's Christmas list. His older brother (now 10) wanted a bolt-action rifle, but he wanted an AR - it wasn't complete until a few weeks ago, so when we had him make up his list for Christmas, this is what he came up with.

Its barely legible, but number 1 and 6 make me proud - Yes, that's a Tan upper, stock, butt-padd and mag for his AR, as well as Night vision goggles (he's talking about the Eyeclopse toy night-vision, but its still pretty cool).

I think there's a few things Santa can do this year...

Yeah - he's spoiled - I uploaded a pic of his rig (his is on top, mine is on bottom)

I actually already had plans of finishing his AR and as soon as I saw his list, I ordered a LaRue Stealth Upper for my new upper and gave him my old hand-me-down upper since it was super-light.

I've got a set of MBUS sights on order for him soon. Now I've got to finish up his older brother's Remington 700 build.

Both of my sons have their own AR's that I gave them a couple of years ago. My oldest son just went into the Army and of course had no problems with the weapons part and qualifying expert.

Always train the next generation of warriors.
