Not exactly what you're looking for, but here's my data using 80g SMKs in 223. Mind you, this is with a long-throated chamber, so my COAL is around 2.5".
Work up to 25.3 grains slowly, and watch for pressures signs (sticky bolt, blown primers, etc)
