Anyone recognise this bolt handle and who may have made it?
It appears to be one piece

almost looks like a factory handle that was re profiled. If it was aftermarket I'd expect the transition from square to round to be a bit more uniform.

Could be wrong for sure though...
 
There’s not enough meat on a standard factory knob to machine that out of it, but I see what you mean for sure.
To me it looks like the factory knob has been replaced altogether .
Can’t be sure at all though

Looking at it more id day that knob was welded on then filed down at the junction which is why you have the uneven rounding of the back and front edges.
