I just recieved my new scope from US Optics today. I have been running a sn3 tpal that I bought here on the hide. I noticed the focus changed a little after 2 shots in the last match I shot. My score for the day was bad as I kept missing by a little bit on alot of targets. I blamed that on myself figuring I was having a bad day trying to read the wind.
I pulled the scope and sent it in to have the issue with the focus looked at and got a call from Becky, She asked if I was having any POI issues. I was but I have been known to miss a target occasionally. lol. She let me know they found something wrong with the erector assy. Long story short USO built me a new scope and gave me the option to make any changes I wanted since I was getting a completely new unit. I had everything I wanted in the scope already but I did add the internal level and switched to .25moa from .5 The cost for the changes was very small.
The whole process was very easy and hassle free. It was estimated the replacement would be done in 2+ months. It arrived in 5 weeks! I am used to getting piss poor service from most companys whenever I have issues with an item (not just gun stuff). It is very nice to deal with a company that cares about their product, customers and reputation.
