Having issues powering up my scale. I plug it in and it just makes a tick noise like when you first power it on then it continues to do it. Power button does nothing and scale blinks P-4.320….

Yeah, that’s not one of the error codes shown in the manual afaik.

You need to contact them with this info

FYI this was an issue with the power supply. Got a new one from autotrickler and it fixed the issue.

Thanks for following up. So, to be clear - the issue was with the autotrickler and not the scale per se?

The power supplies go bad. A new one always works.

Neither , it was the power cord that goes into the scale that autotrickler supplies

Same as above. My power supply cable died. Careful leaving it plugged in like that. Mine about melted.

AutoTrickler sent me one for free since it was in the 2 year warranty.

In the mean time the factory block and cable worked fine with my v4.
