So I sent my brand new scale that was six months old back for warranty work done to it because after about 30 rounds it would start going crazy, they sent me a refurbished one that is even worse than the initial one, this one the female part of the scale that excepts the male part of the weigh plate is deformed because my old one did not have this much movement. So I bought the area for 19 plate thinking it might be better but it wiggles like crazy too, I have to zero the scale every time I put a cup on it with both the 419 plate and original plate, can anybody post pictures of my picture so I can compare, but I have to say this is been a three month deal trying to get this thing fixed it’s been a shit show

Oh yeah mine looks way different, mine has a bunch of other smaller notches to where yours looks more squared!

Thanks brother!!!!!!’

Yep
But I don’t think that makes any difference as the cone shape that goes in there is not effected by that square indent or recess. At least I don’t think it does. Seems to be a slip fit.

there may be some poor machining to that part on yours.

good luck

So I know on the first one they sent me I had no problems with the plate moving or re-zeroing after every time I took off the cup , I have two sets of plates from the initial scale and the refurbished one they sent me and I have the area 419 plate and all all of them wiggle more than my first scale

Pretty much useless if you have to re-zero every time you set the cup on the scale???

I mean I can still reload with it but why did I pay $500 for the scale if it doesn’t work like it supposed to, i’m just frustrated that this company has taken this long to help me out and when they do they give me one that’s refurbished, my scale was not six months old when I sent it back, i’ve heard before people having problems and they send them out a new one I just hope they take care of me soon

Yeah, "you can" but that's a sucky way to have to do it. I'm surprised. I've not heard anything negative about AD before? Hopefully they will send you a new one this time and make sure it works correctly before they do.

I have heard good stories about them, I wish I had the same experience, I called CE , where I bought it from. They are sending me a brand new unit and I will send this one back! CE was great to deal with!
