Make a long story short. I paid a kid in college $5.00 to put that "the source" hot sauce on his junk. He was physically ill for a full week. Well worth 5 bucks.

I did that, once. I didn't react like that though... It did feel like my entire mouth and face were on fire for a good 3 hours after that. It took 5 hours before I could taste anything, and about 6 hours before I felt normal again. I was smart enough not to try and swallow that little bastard though.

buddy at a bar got a little pepper tree. a habinero pepper tree. he decided to eat one. we told him not to. he did. now he is a caucasian guy, so first he turned pink, then red. then whiter than he was before he ate the pepper. water, pop, beer, crackers, crown royal... these are all things that do not help with cooling after eating a pepper. he got better. but i have heard that they are hot enough to close the throat and kill a person.
