    I got this rifle from a guy that builds guns for a living. The stock was a terrible fit as it was originally inletted for a 700 and all he did was, "make it work". It looked pretty rough when I got it but shot amazing! I decided I would make it look a little better in my free time... Free time turned into no time since the new addition to the family came a little early.

    I will probably put a Sightron SIII on it, sight it in and use it for the 600yrd cold bore shoot. Seems that's about a good place for it.

    I don't have any group pics from before, but it shot very well. I will probably are it out to see it anything has changed in the next week or so.

    I decided to shoot it without taking the paint out of the forward portion of the barrel channel. Shooting federal hunting ammo, it was easily shooting sub moa. I pissed off the neighbors so I will putting my phantom on this one before I put any more rounds down range. Maybe next weekend I'll go at it aain.
