Look I have books on my shelf, I am smart. While behind the sheet his Mom is busily washing his laundry in the basement which he lives.

So he thinks a $30K govt grant cheap?

Not really when its sought by grifters willing to say anything for any amount of money. They are otherwise unemployable so these "scientists" fight each other for govt money.

$30K by the way probably isnt way off median income.

And as far as who profits from oil sales - sure oil companys make money but compare taxes per gallon to profits per gallon.......

Govt is making a good cut also while doing absolutely nothing to bring a product to market.
