Wasn't getting a lot of hits in the bolt action thread so I figured I would post here, this is probably the more appropriate section anyway.

I need AAC rep Information ASAP if anyone can help me out. I know a few use to be on here quite a bit. This is not aac bashing thread, I'm happy with my product but an issue has popped up and I need a rep who is in the know that can help me, not just a customer service employee that mans the phones. Would be huge plus if someone could give me Mike Mers contact number or email.

    Thanks in advance

Not to insult your intelligence but have you checked the website or called them directly? Maybe the customer service rep who mans the phones can you transfer you to who need to speak with...

No insult taken. No I haven't called them directly, I know they are not open during weekend hours. After being on forums for many years I've learned that many reps and employees of these companies are shooter's too, they are usually on these forums and have been more helpful then having to go through the initial CS guys/girls that answer the phones.

I have had some info forwarded to me so I will try them first thing in the morning.

Just as a follow up, I've been talking with Brian at AAC. He's been a huge help and I received my RMA label within a few hours of talking with him. I talked with Mike today and he was just as helpful and told me not to worry that the issue was bring corrected and I'll have it back shortly.

The CS I've received from AAC has been outstanding and I'm very pleased.

I can vouch for the statement on AAC's customer service. Top notch. I picked up a Ti-Rant .45 a couple years ago. The reason being, it was user serviceable. Didn't come with a take down tool. A year ago I called AAC and the said if you didn't get a tool then you got an earlier model that doesn't come apart. Well I rigged up a tool in the ole redneck garage and sure nuf......end cap screwed right out. Called AAC and told them I used a dealers tool to try and it worked. AAC put a tool in the mail the next day free of charge. Granted, it's only a $25 tool +shipping. The point is....AAC didn't hesitate to please a customer. Great company. They would have sold me a 556 can but their mounts suck. They will fix that shit though.
