I just got done working up a load for my AAC-SD. My first run was with 175 SMK, FED 210M primers, 42 grains varget, COAL 2.85. Lyman COAL says 2.8 but mine is pretty long so I went with 2.85. A good number of people run 44 grains varget with the 175 SMK but I found my rifle loves 42 grains. I'm working on 168 AMAX right now.

I have the same rifle,here's my load:
175smk 44.7 varget 2.875 oal around 2650 fps
155 Palma. 46.7gr varget 2.875 oal 2800 fps

Thanks guys I'm just trying to figure out what kind of velocity to expect, I just finally found some varget up here it has been a white buffalo since I picked up the rifle, my manners should be here tomorrow so I'm wanting do develop my go to load now that is out of that junk hoge.
