AAC-SD w/ brake

Is this setup discontinued? I was curious about prices and availability of the R700 AAC-SD with the AAC brake, but I can't find much info on it.

I picked one up at a local gunshop about a week ago for a little under $700. They're out there. The Walmart here in town has one right now as a matter of fact.
