I've got a GAP with a badger brake. I recently got my AAC 7.62 SDN and was wondering if it would work on my gap? I realize I'd have to take the badger off and thread on the flash hider, but would it work and look decent? I've not taken the badger off so I'm not sure what I'd be dealing with.

It's going to have a slight contour due to how the break seats on the muzzle but other then that, yes it will work just fine. Make sure your mounting device for the AAC is installed properly.

Depending what type between a flash hider or a brake you'd probably have to time it, and at all cost avoid using crush washers... I was warned by my gunsmith if you get a baffle strike that might be the reason why... he explained that the crush washer may give it a slight/tiny cant enough to maybe cause a baffle strike.

Here's my GAP in .308 with a Brakeout:

Shoots really well with the brakeout on... a very noticeable recoil reduction for sure. Now for an accuracy check as soon as I get my SDN6 in my hands....
