Suppressors AAC Ti-Rant

Re: AAC Ti-Rant

The Ti-Rant kicks ass, I have shot the .45 version and of the ones I tried, it not only sounds great but feels good on the end of the pistol. It makes a difference.

I shot one an HK 45 but went out and bought this one right after.

Re: AAC Ti-Rant

I've had mine on order since May, and my ffl recently took delivery, now if BATF can get the Form 4 part done she will look great mounted on the front of my H&K USP Tactical.

Re: AAC Ti-Rant

I have a Ti-rant 9 with Sig 226 for a host. To me, it sound like a compress air hose being disconnected, maybe slightly louder, but not much. I shot it in my backyard occassionally to try out different ammo. It is quiet enough to shoot in a subdivision. Very happy with it and highly recommend it to anyone.

Re: AAC Ti-Rant

I have the .45 version on a FNP Tactical and the 9mm on a SIG X-5 Tactical both were well worth the wait, typical AAC quality and performance IMHO

Re: AAC Ti-Rant

I have the 9mm TiRant. I am very happy with it. Lightweight and overall the best suppression I have heard out of a 9mm can. I also have a Tundra and Evolution. But thumbs up for the TiRant!

Re: AAC Ti-Rant

I have a 45 Ti rant paperwork been at Batfe now for 2.5 months. Should be approved anytime. My 2 cents, buy the Ti rant 45 model. Then you just have to buy a new piston for it and you can shoot 9mm and or 40 s&w thru it. Sameway with the Opsrey. You will only loose a couple of Db's of reduction and have a multi caliber can. I have a AAC Evo 9mm. Good can, BUT no were the can the Ti rant is.

Re: AAC Ti-Rant

hearing safe? I HAD the same can as you, dumped it, got tired of splatter with all the shit I had to use in it to quiet the POS down, that was my only AAC can that Ive been disapointed in and Im a definite fan-boy of AAC JMHO

I meant to say Osprey. I changed my post. I have never even seen a 40 cal TiRant

Silencerco Osprey is superior. You do get a little back splash from the powder but thats what shooting glasses are for.
