AB Analytics, BC, velocity and twist rate

I've played around with AB Analytics (desktop build 0060) a bit. I'm interested, how the retained velocity will change when another rifle twist is used. E.g. 12" vs. 11" vs. 10".

Interestingly, the velocity column doesn't change at all (but the windage and drop columns do) .
Is that the expected behaviour?
When the BC is effected by the twist rate and describes how good the bullet keeps velocity, there should also be a change in the velocity values, right?

Or do I understand something wrong?
