Accessory rail - LWRC

Can anyone tell me who makes the accessory rails for the LWRC REPR ?

Looking at on-line vendors I can't determine what the hole spacing or screw size is.
The REPR spacing is 1 3/16 and a much smaller screw than anything I've seen.

I got mine from the LWRC website. You can choose what size rail you want and it will come with screws and an allen wrench. They processed the order very quickly as well.
