Anyone know the height of the two action rails available for the AT (Low vs. High)? Measurements are nowhere online.

I'm converting my AI/AT butt to the AX butt and can already tell by looking at the parts there "may" be some eye level compromise. Not sure hiw much since its not installed yet, but the AX cheek rest sits a tad higher than the AT cheekrest.
Since cost isn't an issue, I'm thinking I could swap out my Low rail for the High rail and get a few more mm of height. But first I need to know the height of the High mount. I know AO sells a lower cheek rest...thats another options.
Any insights greatly appreciated
