Accuracy International 6dasher

For a while now I have been lusting over a ai in 6dasher. And now finally josh Kunz and Patriot Valley Arms have brought the two together. Yesterday I received my ax short action dasher barrel and mag spacer from josh. The barrel install and mag kit just took a couple minutes and we were off to the races. The mag kit consists of a rear spacer and the trimming of the rear end of the follower. Really easy. I did some initial feed testing last night and found the kit to feed in the ax flawless. Today was the first day at the range and with 140 round fired not one hiccup. I want to give a big thank you to josh and pva for pulling this together for me and if anyone wants to run a dasher or br in their Accuracy International they should definitely give josh a call http://patriotvalleyarms.com/

I ended up building a dasher on aics at action. How did it perform? Where you fire forming?

It performed great. I was using already fire formed brass with a load that I developed for another rifle. After a few rounds down the new barrel I got some well under 1/2moa groups I was getting 2875 from a 24in barrel with a load of Varget and 105hybrids with a sad of 4 It was very cold out 15-30 degrees while we were shooting
