I was scratching my head same as you about 6 months ago. GAP or AI. Based on what I read here and the advice of a friend, I went with an AIAE Mk III in .260 in a folder. Haven't had the opportunity to shoot it yet as I'm waiting on glass. I spent the extra bucks on the folder for the simple reason that I don't want to have to move the cheek piece to pull the bolt. For the record, I do own a GAP10 in .308 and couldn't be happier with it.

Yea, the more I read about the .260 the more I like it. But unfortunately I was a day late and dollar short. Was told rifle was sold about 2 days ago........ Oh well there will be another around the corner and my wallet sure is happy it was already sold as well.
