I’m looking for an Accuracy International AX barrel in 6.5 Creedmoor. Preferably something in stock and ready to go. Which vendors should I be checking?

OTM has a killer deal on gradious 6mm creeds right now. $650 for a Bartlein barrel, ready to go and coated. I have one and it shoots lights out. it is chambered for 105 hybrids though. not sure how/if if will shoot factory ammo
Yeah, that is a great deal. Appears they're out of stock in the 6.5 Creedmoor barrels right now though. I think you can get an email notification if interested when they get them again.
You can also try Dave Tooley he might have some in stock. I was able to get barrels in less then 2 weeks. With the holidays may be longer.
They wont be getting them again. Robert is selling his own barrels direct. If you aren't totally set on the 6.5 (ie, you reload). I would go with the 6mm. its great. you can neck down the current brass you have with no issues. if you have bushing dies, just need the new bushing and a 6mm seating stem and you are in business.
Interesting update on the future source of his barrels. He does make very good ones. Will have to check out his new distribution approach.
Any idea what blanks he's using these days? I thought they had been Bartlein in the past.
WIN Tactical is also a great source, just picked up a 6.5CM for my AT ($750). They had it in stock and shipped same day I ordered.

I spoke with customer service at AI and they said their branded barrels are Bartlein and finished by Win Tactical so wherever you can find the best deal will give you the same barrel. That's why I ended up buying an AI brand replacement barrel on sale from Europtic.
Euro Optic has AINA factory Bartlein barrels in stock and ready to go. That’s really all I ever run and they shoot lights out.

I am currently running one of their barrels, but mine is a Bartlein blank, it shot a five round .353" group right after sighting it in, good stuff.

Nice price for the Cerakote finished AI barrel. Interesting that they're doing RPR barrels now, too. Seems everyone is jumping on that bandwagon.
It would be silly not to. The market of RPR users is large given the cost of entry is low relative to what the platform offers versus traditional precision rifles.
I have no use for my RPR since I picked up my AI, but I wouldn't have picked up that AI without first having the RPR.
I love my AI but still like to shoot my RPR once in a while just to stay in practice with another style of rifle.
Interesting. I find myself wanting to have a traditional stock alternative to shoot when I'm not out with the AI.
