I see that the serial numbers dont match the frame to the bolt. Has the bolt been replaced small firing pin assembly?

2014 AI AX was bought in Feb 2019 from MHSA with mismatched # bolt, but fired brass headspaces +0.003". It was a demo for them with about 300rds thru the 308 barrel. There is no pitting on the bolt face and it is large pin. I have the spacers for the stock that will ship with it.
