Accuracy International AXSR ARCA rail and scratched cerakote

I really don't mind your sarcastic innuendos, but no, not yet. While not borescoping or measuring runout which most of you took out of context, I'm helping a family friend with her litigation with her children over the sale of their family business which sold for over $93,000,000 dollars. The litigation is running over $50,000 per month which has been financially and emotionally difficult for her, not that many here have any sensitivity to such matters being "real" shooters, warriors, operators or men.

True, I haven't had a chance to get to the range as I don't have free time as a partner of a brokerage company where I'm trying to retire and deal with a sister suffering from dementia and her estate. Living in a beach community the nearest rifle range having level targets to 1,000 yards is a ninety-minute drive.

As an avid supporter of law enforcement and military veterans I'm glad I know and have friends that have served this great country. Thankfully, they don't share the needs of some here for passive-aggressive hostility.

I do take short breaks from work, helping others and family issues and find the reception from many of you familiar to similar groups at race tracks posturing and displaying their disdain for others they felt superior to. Many of you here have made your feelings well known, so good luck to you as well.

Perhaps there is way for some of you to block my posts thereby not having to invest your time implying your superiority.
Dude wtf

I think you'd be best to stop digging the hole.

Go shoot your rifle. Post less online.

I'm not expert, but I've been shooting a very long time. Here I am shooting my father’s Sako Forrester L46 222 Remington Magnum (corrected typo) and restoring in 55+ years later. I'm also interested in understanding why things work the way they do and read, listen, and shoot with others to learn. View attachment 8782933View attachment 8782934

After reading Bryan Litz's books years ago I realized how much I didn't know about ballistics. Following those winning in PRS, F-Class, NRL Hunter, benchrest and others, as well as talking with the folks at Short Action Customs, Henderson Precision, Bartlein Barrels, 21st Century, PMA Tool Company, Whidden Gunworks, Eric at Blue Mountain Precision whose built me a few rifles, Tom Jacob of Vapor Trail bullets and experimenting with reloading processes.

Of course, the shooter is critical too, so lessons on body positioning, trigger pull etc. are all part of the pursuit of precision. Again, I'm someone that likes to combine practical and technical process in that pursuit of precision. I realize that is only my process and neither inferior nor superior to other processes.

Damn even your books look brand new.....so what's the secret to reading a book without opening it?
