I heard being talked about on the everyday sniper pod cast (im behind a bit) and was wondering if anyone who has handled one, had any thoughts about it? From looking at the specs, it appears to be a folding stock AT with a scope base rail and the upgraded AX skeleton stock (with 360 butt plate) only available in short action with a 308 bolt face. It sounds like a good deal if the price is right.

It’s an AT rifle with an AX buttstock installed. You can do it yourself by purchasing an AX stock conversion and an AT. The conversion can be done to a non folding AT. I converted my folder to an AT LE

If you already have an AT, just do the conversion.

If you don’t and you qualify (LE), it’s basically the same price as a folding AT. The “LE” part is basically just selling you a rifle with the conversion already done.

So, it’s worth it if you will use the adjustments of the AX butt and don’t want the option of a thumbhole skin.

Other than that, it’s literlly no different than any other AT you buy.
