Looking for an accurate 10/22. Looking to shoot RCSA/Steel challenges. Plus maybe even PRS stuff maybe. I have bolt actions and coming off a Tippman M4 redline but planning to sell the Tippman just to have fun with a 10/22

It can be as accurate as the ammo you feed it best I can tell. I have a lilja threaded barrel in a force receiver with an old STI trigger and it's fairly accurate, best group was .6 moa - almost always sub moa unless I feed it ammo it doesnt like.

Just buy a Ruger target model $350-$400 for new or a lightly used one the hammer forged barrels work well. Then send it to Randy at CPC https://www.ct-precision.com/ have him tune it up for $250 he had it back to me in 3 weeks. Mine is competitive for silhouette with CCI standard 5/8” 10 shot group 50yrds and CCI green tag 1/2” group 50yrds. I have not found any Eley, SK or Lapua match to even try yet but I bet with one of those it would easily 1/4” or so groups at 50yrds. Here are my 10 shot groups 50yrds. I shot them with a 3-9x scope on a ice cold dark day I couldn’t feel my fingers and my glasses were fogging up constantly typical coastal Washington winter mist on the edge of freezing. With more magnification and a warmer day they would be even better. None of the groups are cherry picked I just shot them one after another I need a gun and ammo combo I can always pick up. You can spend more on a 10/22 but you won’t get much better and might not be as reliable either. The gun shoots about everything pretty accurate and looks bone stock it’s a sleeper. No parts end up in box and no money wasted either. About a 30% reduction in group size from stock. Spend your savings on a scope, stock(Victor Titan is amazing) and good ammo. Have fun

I've got a custom one I'd sell that's slick and it shoots too of you're interested. I don't know if you'd want to pay what I have in it but if so or close to that I'd sell it. I have a Kidd Supergrade 22LR. 20" barrel, threaded 1/2-28 with cap (this is an older model that the barrel is threaded into the receiver) it would come with a PDC chassis

I'll 2nd to KIDD SG. I own one and it shoots lights out!
