Gunsmithing Adding a picatinny rail to a HS Precision stock

I have a HS Precision PST026 stock that I would really like to add a picatinny rail to so that I can mount my Atlas on there. What are my options for doing something like this?

Yea that looks really nice. I got one on order yesterday so I am looking forward to that coming. It'll be a nice addition to my 300.
