Adding insult to injury

Those Vegas casino corporations are some of the most vile scum you can get in the corporate world.
This is one time where I hope a bunch of the victims get a bunch of the best ambulance chasing lawyers to sue the ever loving stuffing out of MGM

I'm sure MGM wanted to try to pull this stuff as the judges in that whole area are totally in the pockets of the big casino corporations, just like their entire legal system and the local politicians.

The Oct. 1 rampage was the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but you hardly ever hear about this from like a week after it happened. It just went down the drain and disappeared. I think this is the first I've heard anything about it since maybe two weeks after it happened. We know more about a shooting that killed five people than this thing. That is weird.

You ain't shitting.

A good old leaving alone.

It's nothing but a quick punt, to insure it moves to fed court. In the long run it's a smart move on their part, ties evidence/discloseure up for years upon years, if they have something to hide! In the mean time the shit hole will be sold, an the new owners (same ass holes, different name/s) have no burden. They only lose money for paid high price words, nothing more.

Not sure why the hotel should be liable anyway. If the victims win in court, it sets a VERY bad precedent. Who wants to deal with going through TSA type security every time you go into a building. I sure don’t, and that’s exactly what will happen if MGM is held responsible for one asshole customers actions. It’s not the gun, it’s the person, remember?

I'd agree it's not their fault, except the guy got how many weapons into the room? I suppose it comes down to whether or not he was covert enough to prevent any suspicion. I figured a casino had better security than that.

I don't know all the ins and outs so I guess we'll see. I do know the casino has more than enough to help the victims.

I’m thinking the incompetence of the delay in response was on them. It took about 72 minutes for the cops to breach the door. Before that, they sent one guy to the door to check what was going on and he got shot at.
