I'm currently piecing together an AR10. I have a suppressor that I'm waiting for stamp approval for. I'll be shooting a lot of sub sonic ammo through it, but I was wondering if I should get an adjustable GB for when I shoot full power ammo. I'd like to do everything right this on this build, so I don't wanna have to take anything off once it goes on.

Will the gun be fine or would the GB worth the extra $$$

For reference, its a 22 1/2" krieger barrel and I'm using the full length buffer tube and not the carbine length buffer tube

Re: Adjustable Gas Block

i kinda think i kinda want a supressor. so, i am spending the extra on an adjustable one. just in case. its like a 20moa base. might not ever need it, but its there just in case. unless you want to save the 20-30 bucks and then have to change it later if you start having issues. this is my first dpms 308, and im kinda just going by the info ive gathered along the way. but the extra money isnt that much in the whole scheme of things when you look at what you have in the build. im getting this one

Re: Adjustable Gas Block

an adjustable one is nice to have. paladin machine makes a very nice peice in either CM or stainless. you can get them with a lever with hi low and off positions, or a pushbutton with on and off. last one i got was around 75.00 for thr stainless one and worked great.
