Can someone point me in the direction to find info in ranging and adjusting in MOA's. I know as range doubles, MOA values double also. I have a NF 5.5x22 scope and it has the NP-R1 recticle. I know it will only "range" at 22 power only. And that is all I know for sure. I thought there used to be a sticky on MOA's but can't find it now. Thank You krw

Re: Adjusting in MOA's

You can range at any power as long as you can verify the power. 11x would make your elevation marks on the NPR1 2moa instead of 1, and 5.5 would make them 4moa.

But i would'nt totaly trust the power indicators on the ocular. If you can verify 100 yards at your shooting range set up some type of ruler or target with MOA measurement marking that are big enough to read at each power on your scope. As you adjust the ranging power take note as to where the hash marks are in reference to your target, then you can make your own indicators with a paint pen or permenent marker. I hope this helps.
