Rifle Scopes ADM Recon Ring Screws?

I got a new American Defense Mfg. Recon mount yesterday and noticed that the rings have two top screws. Every one of them that I've seen has three top screws. Is this an early version? New version?

Just curious.

30mm? I believe it's the new version. Mine is the same way and holds just fine, my set of 35mm rings for it have three screws though.

Yes, they are 30mm.

BigJohn141 you are correct. I just spoke with ADM and they advise that the new ones will have two screws instead of three.

As already said, new ones have 2 screws. Which I actually prefer. Easier install and I don't think that third screw was doing anything anyways.
