Rifle Scopes Advice on IOR Valdada bases/rings?

What is the general consensus on IOR Valdada rings and bases? I'd like to know good/bad.

I also have heard (word of mouth) but don't know if it's true, that the 20 MOA base is actually 15 MOA. Any truth to this?

I've got two sets of IOR rings supporting my NF scopes and they are fine. Checked them with my lapping tool and both are straight and true. Haven't had any experience with the bases. The IOR rings are also less expensive.

I don't mind using IOR rings. I lap them all anyways. Hell I use TPS if I have them.

I have two sets of IOR rings, one is newer than the other, but both have been good for me.

In my experience, the IOR rings, if used un-lapped, damage scope surfaces much more than other name brand rings. The IOR rings tend to gouge the surface/finish of the scope more than other rings, especially if used un-lapped.
