My AE shoots 0.75 MOA with HSM 175gr. HPBT Match. You can get the HSM for $20/box from Sniper Central.

I'm going to back bm11 on this; there's virtually nothing out there that can come close to the pricing on FGMM 168gr right now. Short of reloading, anything you find cheaper simply isn't going to measure up to the potential of the rifle. You might find some surplus out there that will shoot halfways decent, but I'd still expect the FGMM to do about twice as good as most surplus, at the least.
On the other hand, you can handload for under $.50/round with quality components. It just takes time (or more money on the equipment, to save that time).
